Cookies and local storage
This page describes what the AverCut website and the studio store in your browser, what it is for and how to change your choice. Necessary items are always stored; analytics and marketing tools only with your consent.
1. Categories
- Necessary — without them the website or the studio does not work, or they remember your own choice (language, theme, consent). No consent is needed for them (Section 89(3) of Czech Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on Electronic Communications).
- Analytics — measuring website traffic so we know which pages help people. Only with consent.
- Marketing — measuring campaign effectiveness and personalising advertising. Only with consent.

3. Analytics and marketing
We currently use no analytics or marketing tool — the categories in the cookie bar are prepared in case we enable one. Before that happens we will list the tools, their cookies, storage duration and any data transfers here. The tools run only if you have allowed the category.
4. Consent and how to change it
On your first visit a bar offers Accept all, Necessary only and Settings. You can change your choice or withdraw consent at any time with the button (also in the footer of every page). Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it. We remember your choice for 12 months, then we ask again. The studio, where you sign in, uses only necessary items, so the bar is not shown there.
5. Sign-in with Google or Apple
If you sign in to the studio with a Google account, Google's sign-in window opens and may set its own cookies on Google domains under Google's policies (policies.google.com). Likewise, when you sign in with an Apple ID, Apple's sign-in window may set its own cookies on Apple domains under Apple's policies (apple.com/legal/privacy).
6. How to delete the items
You can delete all items at any time in your browser settings (clear site data). The website and the studio then use default settings, the bar appears again and you are signed out of the studio.
7. Changes
